Vision and Mission

The Lower Mainland Assessment and Referral Service's vision is to assist in reducing human suffering, building stronger families, encourage safety and health at the work place, and enhance the quality of life in the community.

It is also our purpose to provide effective and timely services, comprising confidential assessment, referral, short term counselling and follow-up for a broad range of personal problems to employees (active, disabled, or retired) and their dependents of funding organizations.

To achieve our mission, we hold the following as essential:
