The EFAP/ARS Model has been honoured over the years. Many of the accolades support business achievement, well-being in the workplace and innovative change to human relations. We wish to thank all who have supported our efforts and have honoured us with their kind words.

1998
Jim Stimson, EFAP Coordinator for MacMillan Bloedel, and Neil Menard, 1st Vice-President, IWA-Canada, were recognized by the B.C. Council for Families and given the Distinguished Service to Families Award.

1994
Officially recognized by the Canada Committee for International Year of The Family 1994 for the contribution of the EFAP/ARS Model to the well-being of families in Canadian communities.

1988
Award for Best Business Achievement - B.C. Chamber of Commerce, "Quality of Life Award", for working together to enhance the quality of life for employees and families.

1987
Work and Well-Being Award - Canadian Mental Health Association, National Joint Award, for health promotion activities and programs, which consider the physical and mental health needs of employees.

1986
Workplace Awareness Award - Canadian Mental Health Association, B.C. Division Joint Award, for outstanding achievement in cooperatively promoting well-being in the workplace.

1983
Industrial Relations Management Association Award - for significant and noteworthy achievements in designing and implementing innovative change to human relations.
